Tutoring Services

Wlixarunoph provides online tutoring services in languages, music, design, and photography through our platform. By using our tutoring services, you agree to the following:

Session Booking and Scheduling

  • Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting our support team.
  • Session times are subject to tutor availability.
  • You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to fees.
  • Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Tutors may cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Code of Conduct

  • Treat all tutors and staff with respect and professionalism.
  • Do not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Keep communication professional and focused on educational purposes.
  • Do not share login credentials or attempt to access others' accounts.
  • Report any concerns or issues to our support team promptly.

Payment Terms

We accept various forms of payment for our tutoring services. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide. Payment terms include:

  • All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment is required before tutoring sessions begin unless otherwise arranged.
  • Package purchases must be used within the specified validity period.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases.
  • We may change prices at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

Dispute Resolution

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in the United States, and you and we hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.

Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the website at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the website without notice at any time.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the website. We cannot guarantee the website will be available at all times.
